Total RNA and DNA were extracted from monocytes derived from peripheral blood mononuclear cells of healthy males. Full-length cDNA for RNA-seq was generated using a SMART-Seq HT Kit (Takara Bio, 634436), and libraries for ATAC-seq were prepared using an ATAC-Seq Kit (Active Motif, 53150). The libraries were sequenced on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 (RNA-seq, 101-base paired-end mode; ATAC-seq, in 150-base paired-end mode.) The raw counts of RNA-seq were normalized to transcripts per million (TPM), and the raw read counts of ATAC-seq were normalized to the trimmed mean of M values (TMM). missing SDRF File E-GEAD-552.sdrf.txt Comment[Number of channel] single-channel Comment[Array Design REF] A-GEAD-21 Comment[AEExperimentType] transcription profiling by array Comment[BioProject] PRJDB14366 Comment[Last Update Date] 2023-03-20
