Three sets of culture were prepared for each experimental condition and total nine samples were subjected to preparation of the total RNA using FAVORGEN Blood/Cultured Cell Total RNA Mini Kit. The complementary DNA was reverse-transcribe from the total RNA and subjected to Affymetrix Clariom S Arrays by ThermoFisherSCIENTIFIC company (Tokyo, Japan).\"\"\"\"\""
