Libraries are prepared by fragmenting a cDNA sample and ligating specialized adapters to both fragment ends. These adapters contain the full complement of sequencing primer hybridization sites. The cDNA libraries were sequenced with Illumina Hiseq2500 platform.This dataset has paired-end reads of length 150 bp. The parameters were set as follows: minimum length fraction = 0.8 and minimum similarity fraction = 0.8. Expression values were established as transcripts per million reads (TPM).
