The intensities of fluorescence were calculated by Feature extraction software ver.9.5 (Agilent Technologies). Calculating protocol, miRNA-v1_95_May07 (Agilent Technologies). 100 ng of total RNA was labeled with Cy3 and hybridized with a miRNA labeling and hybridization kit (Agilent Technologies, Santa Clara, CA, USA) according to the manufacturer's instructions. Using a miRNA labeling and hybridization kit (Agilent Technologies), the labeled RNA was hybridized to miRNA 8x15K array (Agilent miRNA array G4470A) at 55degree C for 20 hours.
