An off by one error was noticed in the original files. 
This was fixed by a script provided by Tony Marcketta.

These files were placed here to look at them and make sure the
fix worked.

These files have now been moved to 

/nfs/1000g-archive/vol1/ftp/technical/working/20130723_phase3_wg/mvncall
