title Transctomic analysis of pathogenic T cells that cause autoimmune disease in mice
description In this study, we aimed to identify pathogenic T cells in autoimmune disease. For this purpose, splenocytes from mice with or without disease symptoms were applied for single-cell based RNA-sequencing (scRNA-seq) and bulk RNA-sequencing (bulk RNA-seq) analysis. By scRNA-seq, transcriptome and VDJ expression analysis were performed. By bulk RNA-seq, T cell receptor repertoire analysis was performed. Based on a set of experiments, we tried to identify pathogenic T cell repertorie candidates involved in the development of autoimmune disease.
