In this project, we determine the transcript levels and transcriptional start sites by the mRNA-seq and cappable-seq techniques, respectively, of a rare actinomycete Actinoplanes missouriensis. The RNA samples were extracted from the cells cultivated or treated under 11 different conditions. These conditions covers the life cycle of A. missouriensis including vegetative growth, sporangium formation, sporangium dehiscence, zoospores, and spore germination. |
