We analyzed effect of electrical pulse stimulation (EPS) on mRNA expressions in primary human myotubes by employing RNA-sequencing technology. In this experiment, primary satellite cells were obtained from skeletal muscle biopsy sample of a 68-years old male. Differentiated human myotubes were divided into two experimental conditions, i.e. Basal (noEPS) and EPS for 24 h. After with or without 24 h of EPS treatment, total RNA were subjected to RNA sequencing analysis. |
