The genome sequencing of cultivated strawberry (F. x ananassa) was
performed in the two assembly methods taking into account the
heterozygosity, because the F. x ananassa is octoploid species. One
is the assembly named FANhybrid_r1.2, which was assembled to
eliminate the heterozygous bases by integrating the homoeologous
sub-genomes. The other is the assembly named FAN_r1.1, which was
assembled with octoploidity.
FAN_r1.1: This assembly was performed with octoploidity. The reads
obtained by Illumina GAIIx/HiSeq1000 were assembled by SOAPdenovo v1.05. |
