title rice genotype affect rice-associated bacterial community under different fertilization condition
description The effects of rice genotype (OsCCaMK) on rice root-associated bacterial communities were examined by using a Tos17 rice mutant line under low nitrogen (LN; Non put N) and standard nitrogen (SN; 300 kg N ha-1) fertilization. Rice roots were sampled at the flowering stage and were subjected to pyroseqeucing analysis of the 16S rRNA gene. The result showed that in OsCCaMK mutant had more affect on rice root-associated bacterial community under LN field than on SN field by using statistical analysis. In the OsCCaMK mutant, relative abundance of the Burkholderia and Baradyrhizobium were decreased and Anaeromyxobacter was increased regardless of nitrogen fertilization level. In addition, in OsCCaMK mutant, uncultured bacterial group of Deltaproteobacteria was significantly increased with LN condition and that was decreased with SN condition. These results suggest that OsCCaMK mutant have greater impact on both rice growth and rice-associated bacteria communities under LN condition than on SN condition.
