title The massive transcriptional start site and transcriptional terminal site in BmN4 cell line
description The silkworm ovary-derived BmN4 cell line is an emerging model for studying germ line piRNA pathway because BmN4 cell line retains germ line piRNA pathway. piRNAs are derived from piRNA precursors transcribed from genomic piRNA clusters. To date, the chromatin landscape for piRNA clusters and how piRNA precursor transcription is regulated are poorly understood. In this study, we analyzed transcriptome, transcription start sites, transcription terminal sites, and chromatin modifications of BmN4 cell line.
