title RNA-seq for Chlamydomonas tar1-1 mutant
description We isolated an abnormal TAG accumulation mutant, tar1-1 under N and S starvation. To obtain the information about differential expression genes under the regulation of TAR1, we performed RNAseq analysis of the tar1-1 mutant, parental WT strain and a complementation line, C1 under the photomixotrophic N-depleted/N-relete and S-depleted/S-replete conditions (only for the mutant and the parental lines).
