title amoA gene sequencing, microbial community based on bioreactors
description simultaneous nitrification and denitrification process achieved by fully aeration mode and anoxic aerobic mode, difference were obtained in the aspect of nitrogen removal and N2O emission. Higher TN removal and less N2O emission were achieved in anoxic-aerobic mode than fully aeration mode, respectively. High-throughput pyrosequencing analysis based on amoA genes were conducted to reveal the underlying reason of difference performances at the level of micronbial community. So as to differentiate the nitrifying bacterium related to N2O between two modes. The work would shed light on the reason of difference contaminantion removal efficiencies and N2O emission in different bioreators operated in fully aeration mode and anoxic aerobic mode.
