title Transcriptional regulation systems in symbiotic signal transduction network
description In order to analyze the signal transduction networks during arbuscular mycorrhiza and root nodule symbiosis, we performed Chip-Seq analyses using the symbiotic transcriptional factor NSP1 and THI1 that might contain DNA binding domain interacts with AM specific gene promoter in Lotus japonicus. NSP1 and THI1 were fused with c-myc tag and introduced into L. japonicus by hairy root transformation. The chromatin DNA was obtained by immunoprecipitation and sequenced.
