title Transcriptional changes induced by gain of function CCaMK
description Arbuscular mycorrhiza (AM) and root nodule symbiosis (RNS) are mutualistic plant-microbe interactions that confer great advantage in survival on the land to the host plant. During the symbiosis development, transcriptional profiles drastically change in the host plant. We performed transcriptome analysis in the transgenic roots carrying gain-of-function CCaMK that can induced expression of many symbiosis genes without symbiotic microbe infection. CCaMK is a key regulation of both AM and RNS. Removal of the regulatory domains of CCaMK confer constitutive de-regulation of the kinase activity and activate the downstream signaling pathway. Analysis of the transcriptional profiles revealed give important information to know the gene regulation mechanisms.
