title Validation of single-cell RNA-seq methods
description Recently, various single-cell RNA-seq methods have been reported. However, almost reported methods cannot detect non-poly-A RNA. In this project, we developed novel single-cell RNA-seq methods, which can detect non-poly-A RNA. To validate quantitative performances of respective methods, we prepared sequence library DNA using purified 10 pg total RNA, respectively. Goal of this project is establishment of quantitative single-cell RNA-seq method, which can detect non-poly-A RNA.
