title |
Gene expression profile of Hikeshi knockdown HeLa cell during and after heat shock stress |
description |
During heat shock stress, nuclear import of the molecular chaperone Hsp70s is upregulated by an evolutionary conserved protein named Hikeshi. The depletion of Hikeshi significantly delays the attenuation and reversion of multiple heat shock-induced nuclear phenotypes in HeLa cells, although molecular basis of such phenotype is not known. In order to approach these problems, we examined gene expression profiles of Hikeshi knockdown HeLa cells during heat shock stress and its recovery. |
