title Genome-wide DNA-binding profile of the HTLV-1 bZIP factor
description The role of HTLV-1 bZIP factor (HBZ) in regulation of CD4+ T cells was analyzed using mouse primary CD4+ splenocytes in which HBZ-Flag was transduced by GFP-expressing retrovirus vector. The recruitment of HBZ to host genome was analyzed. In this series, we performed ChIP-seq to obtain genome-wide recruitment pattern of HBZ.
