title |
Draft Genome Sequence of Five Rapidly Growing Mycobacterium species. |
description |
Rapidly growing mycobacteria are ubiquitous organisms increasingly emerging as important human pathogens. Their identification usually used by sequencing of 16srRNA, hsp65, rpoB and so on. Genotypic analysis of nontuberculous mycobacteria has proven useful not only in the investigation of outbreaks and pseudo-outbreaks but also in characterizing the molecular epidemiology of strains, and in assessing clonal distribution and expansion. We report the draft genome sequence of five rapidly growing mycobacterium species which rarely cause human infections and do not published complete rpoB gene yet. Thereafter, based on these information, we will design a new primer of rpoB gene by identifying rapidely growing mycobacteria. |
