title The role of BCL6 induced in multiple myeloma cells
description BCL6 is a transcriptional repressor, and plays important biological roles in various types of cells of the immune system, and also plays a fundamental role in lymphomagenesis. Recent study showed that BCL6 is expressed in multiple myeloma (MM) cells in the bone marrow. However the role of BCL6 in MM has not yet been elucidated. This project is aiming to investigate the role of BCL6 induced in MM. We retrovirally induced BCL6 to a MM cell line, KMS12PE, and performed RNA sequencing analysis. Differentially expressed genes were determined by comparing with mock infected cells.
