title Epidemiological analysis of a Campylobacter lari-associated foodborne outbreak in Japan
description The first finding of Campylobacter lari causing outbreak from the consumption of raw whale meat with an additional organism, Escherichia coli O29:H4. To clarify the etiological agent, we tried to perform draft genome sequencing by next-generation sequencer. In conclusion, we concluded that the raw whale meat was the causative agent of the C. lari-associated outbreak.
