16S rRNA gene sequencing, comparative analysis of bacterial communities in intestinal tract and respiratory organ of Chinese giant salamander (Andrias davidianus) |
description |
Increasing attention has been attracted to intestinal and respiratory mirobiome, which have vital impact on host immunity. To understand the composition and diversity of microbial community and explore the link of bacteria in intestinal tract and respiratory tract of Chinese giant salamander may promote new thought in disease control and prevention of Chinese giant salamander, especially intestinal and respiratory diseases. In this study, our in-depth study of several healthy artificial breeding Chinese giant salamander (Andrias davidianus),applying Illumina Miseq pyrosequencing protocol to amplify amplify the V4-V5 hypervariable region of 16S rRNA gene, outlines the microbiome of the intestinal and respiratory tracts in Chinese giant salamander. ,laying the foundation for further studies to better characterize the microbiome in Chinese giant salamander and providing theoretical basis and references for healthy breeding and disease control and prevention of Chinese giant salamander. Six fecal samples (Labeled G1~G6) and three alveolus tissue samples (Labeled L1~L3) were gained to reveal the composition and diversity of microbial communities in intestinal tract and respiratory tract of Chinese giant salamander. |
