title RNAseq project of Nomorhamphus species in Sulawesi
description Tropical regions, especially Southeast Asia, are hot spot of biodiversity but because of recent high human activity, many species in the aria face to be endangered. Conservation of wildlife is urgent issue. To investigate and understand genetic variation within and between species, population genetic structure and demographic history is important for conservation. However, no genetic or sequence information is not available. Therefore, we selected a family "Hemiramphidae" as representative spices in Sulawesi Island and determined nucleotide sequences using RNAseq.
