title 16S amplicon analysis of seasonal changes in bacteria community from Tame River
description Metagenomic studies have enabled us to identify taxonomic profiles of bacterioplankton and also elucidate ecological functions of the residing microbial communities. As the Tama River is regarded as a life line of urban Tokyo, we examined inter-seasonal differences of the bacterial community in a non-tidal, urban-impacted part of this river to better understand its ecology.
