To develop novel genetic markers distributed over all of the Ae. umbellulata chromosomes and evaluate genetic diversity in Ae. umbellulata, we performed RNA sequencing of 12 representative accessions of Ae. umbellulata, and reconstructed transcripts with de novo assembly of short reads for each accession. | ||
