title Generation of orthotopically functional salivary gland from embryonic stem cells [RNA-seq]
description We generated the induced salivary gland rudiment (iSG) from mouse embryonic stem cells (ESCs). To characterize the iSG, we compared the gene expression profiles of the iSG, which were dissected from the protruded region of ESC-derived aggregates with those of the embryonic submandibular gland in each developmental stage via RNA-seq.
