title Genome Sequence of Ralstonia sp. SET104 Isolated from Root Nodules of Aeschynomene indica
description We report a draft genome sequence of a strain of Ralstonia sp., named SET104, which was isolated from root nodules of Aeschynomene indica. Because the genome of 4,796,748 bases does not contain nifH gene associated with nitrogen fixation, we think that SET104 co-existed with nitrogen-fixing Bradyrhizobium in an A. indica nodule. SET104 seems to represent a novel species of Ralstonia, the average nucleotide identity (ANI) and average amino acid identity (AAI) to the closest R. pickettii being 88% and 91%, respectively.
