title Amplicon sequencing of Borna disease virus nucleoprotein transcripts
description To identify the splicing junctions in Borna disease virus nucleoprotein transcripts, amplicon sequencing was performed. Total RNA was extracted from persistently Borna disease virus-infected 293T and oligodendroglioma, and acutely Borna disease virus-infected OL cells. For acutely infected sample, oligodendroglioma cells of 4, 8, 12, 24, 48 hours post infection were collected. Transcript of nucleoprotein was amplified by RT-PCR.
