title Transcriptome_analysis_of_mouse_pluripotency_genes
description We aim to characterize transcriptional changes in mouse embryonic stem (ES) cells and mouse epiblast stem (EpiS) cells following the knockdown of essential genes identified in genome-wide RNAi screens. ES or EpiS cells were treated with esiRNA for 125 candidate genes and total RNA was collected from two biological replicates 72 hours post-transfection. The RNAs were normalized and arrayed in 96-well plates (500ng in 50 microlitres). Bar-coded libraries will be prepared from each 96-well plate and subjected to RNA-seq (Hiseq V4, 75 bp pair-end reads).This data is part of a pre-publication release.
