description DNA from 33 Mai Po sediments have been extracted and amplified by 515F/909R primer pairs (for prokaryotic 16S rRNA gene). The prokaryotic communities of these 33 samples were obtained.All samples were sequenced in a pair-end layout (PE 250bp or 300bp by MiSeq). Before submission, we have merged them into one read using FLASH-1.2.8. After merging, one individual read is about ~420bp.
