The plasma samples were obtained from pancreatic cancer patients and from lung cancer patients. Circulating-free DNA was extracted using QIAmp® Circulating Nucleic Acid Kit (QIAGEN, Les Ulis, France). Sequencing libraries were prepared with Ion AmpliSeq Colon and Lung Cancer Panel v2 and sequenced on Ion Proton®. |
