title Salmonella_Enteritidis_Invasive__NTS_
description comparison of enteritids strains from malawi over a 10 year periodInvasive NTS disease is a leading cause of bacteraemia in many regions of tropical Africa. High mortality and problemataic diagnosis is confounded by the emergence of multi drug resistance. These strains include 3 isolates from each year during a period of 10 years during which MDR emerged in conjunction with an epidemic increase in incidence in Blantyre Malawi. Additional strains represent additional known diversity of S. Enteritidis in Malawi. This data is part of a pre-publication release.
