title Identification_of_virulence_factors_in_cerebral_malaria_
description DNA extracted from clonal isolates of P. falciparum will be mixed at varying ratios and submitted to the standard MalariaGEN Plasmodium Genome Variation sequencing pipeline. The known in vitro ratios of DNA will simulate the unknown in vivo ratios of multiple strains in a typical field sample, and this information will be used to assess the reliability of using sequence reads to estimate these proportions. This data is part of a pre-publication release.
