SOLiD sequencing of strand-specific, barcoded transcriptome libraries yielded expression profiles allowing us to extract common pathway signatures and enabeling us to perform susequent nested effects modelling. the resulting pathway models yields new insight in the pathway topology in colon cancer. | ||
