description We aim to identify novel mechanisms by which cancer cells can escape from NK cell mediated killing by performing genome wider CRISPR screens. NK sensitive K562 cells were transduced with the Yusa v1.1 CRISPR genome-wide KO library and after expansion paired samples were subjected to killing by an NK cell line, NK92. After harvesting the surviving cells samples were prepared for gRNA amplification and sequencing.
