We performed a time-course (1 and 3 days treatment) split-root experiment to identify plant systemic responses: the root systems of nodulated symbiotic plants were divided into two compartments, one of them treated and the other kept on control conditions. Nodules were isolated from the non-treated side of the split root and total RNA isolated for RNAseq analysis. | ||
