title Salmonella enterica subsp. enterica serovar Typhimurium str. STm11 Genome sequencing and assembly
description A variant of S. Typhimurium phage type 135, STm135@, is one of the most common forms of S. Typhimurium responsible for foodborne gastroenteritis in Australia and has been associated with multiple outbreaks. To facilitate studies of STm135@ and future outbreak investigations relating to this pathogen, the genomes of 12 STm135@ isolates linked to egg-associated outbreaks in Tasmania were sequenced.
