This individual (W302) is a progeny of a wild type individual (A. halleri subsp. gemmifera (Matsumura) O' Kane and Al-Shehbaz) that was collected from a population located on a contaminated Tada mine site near Tada mine, Inagawa, Hyogo, Japan. To obtain W302, five rounds of self-fertilization by bud pollination were conducted in the lab to reduce heterozygosity. |
