description These viruses were isolated from a fecal sample collected from one cow at the same time in 1990 in the Ishikawa prefecture. To identify sequences of this virus, deep sequencing using Miseq was conducted. As a results of assembly using raw reads, contigs related to two species of virus (Enterovirus E and F) were obtained. The different virus species were included in fastq file obtained from analysis.
