3' end enriched mRNA from a 3 month and 1 week old tert wild type sibling adult zebrafish muscle tissue dissected from the region between the anal fin and the caudal fin plus ERCC spike mix 2 (Ambion). The wild type adults were obtained by crossing parents heterozygous for tert, sa6541 and growing the quarter wild type fish from the clutch. A 8 base indexing sequence (TACTAGTC) is bases 13 to 20 of read 1 followed by CG and polyT.
