3' end enriched mRNA from a 9 month old tert wild type sibling adult zebrafish muscle tissue dissected from the region between the anal fin and the caudal fin plus ERCC spike mix 2 (Ambion). The wild type adults were obtained by crossing parents heterozygous for tert, sa6541 and growing the quarter wild type fish from the clutch. A 8 base indexing sequence (TAGACGGA) is bases 13 to 20 of read 1 followed by CG and polyT.
